Abstract: The older adults are one of the groups with long sedentary time and little physical activity. This paper provided a comprehensive review of the literature regarding the definition of mobile health and its advantages of application, and specific applications of mobile health intervention in order to reduce sedentary behavior in older adults. It is expected to provide new approaches for intervention research targeting the reduction of sedentary behavior in older adults.
