Abstract: Objective: To develop a smart elderly care management platform based on nursing procedure. Methods: Based on the nursing program, the intelligent decision-making process and the knowledge base of elderly care were formed according to the Nursing Grading and Service Standards of Elderly Care Institutions. The degree of agreement between the system assessment results and the nurse assessment results in terms of the accuracy of nursing grading and the compliance rate of nursing plans was compared. Results: A total of 81 elderly people were evaluated systematically. The compliance rate of the intelligent classification of the smart elderly care management platform was 100.0%, and the compliance rate of the decision-making nursing plan was 98.7%. Conclusion: The smart elderly care management platform based on nursing procedure can meet the nursing grading and formulation of nursing plans for the elderly in nursing homes. It can provide a reliable basis for nursing implementation.
