Abstract: This literature review compares the practice status of senior nurses in China and abroad, analyzes the potential value of senior nurses and the factors that hinder their value realization, and critically summarizes the exploration of human resource management for senior nurses, so as to provide reference for the effective management and further research of senior nursing human resources in China.
