Abstract: Standardized training is an important measure for nursing students to turn into qualified nurses, and it plays a key role in cultivating excellent nursing talents. The number of postgraduate nurses has increased. However, the standardized training method for newly recruited postgraduate nurses is still in the exploratory stage. In view of the characteristics and professional development needs of nurses with graduate degree, our hospital clarified the goals and significance of standardized training, analyzed the bottleneck problems in standardized training, and initially formed a training mode for nurses with graduate degree. This training mode is competence oriented, nurses centered and personalized training with innovative teaching methods. Through continuous exploration and improvement, the training mode has been standardized, and achieved good results. It is expected to provide information for the standardized training management of newly recruited postgraduate nurses in our country.
