Abstract: Objective: To integrate the findings of qualitative studies on the experience of Cancer-Related Cognitive Impairment (CRCI) in breast cancer patients. Methods: PubMed, CINAHL, Embase, PsycINFO, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM were searched for qualitative researches on the experience of patients with CRCI from inception to May 31, 2024. The research findings were summarized and integrated by the convergent integration method. Results: A total of 15 studies were included. Fifty research findings were extracted and summarized into 6 new categories. Three integrated themes were synthesized: patients' perception of cognitive decline and its causes, CRCI has multiple effects on patients, patients actively adapt to cognitive decline and hope to get more supports from the outside. Conclusion: Cognitive decline is a problem in breast cancer patients and it has many effects on patients. Medical staff should pay attention to patients' complaints of cognitive decline and help them improve their cognitive function.
