Abstract: Objective: To systematically evaluate the real experience of immunotherapy in patients with lung cancer, so as to provide a reliable basis for medical staff to formulate care plan. Methods: Qualitative studies on the experience of immunotherapy inpatients with lung cancer were searched from CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, SinoMed, PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Embase, Scopus, CINAHL, PsycINFO and other databases from the inception of the database to August 31, 2023. The JBI qualitative research quality evaluation criteria were used to evaluate the quality of the literature, and the aggregated Meta-synthesis method was used to integrate the results. Results: A total of 10 studies were included, and 54 findings were extracted and summarized into 9 new categories to form 3 integrated results, including multiple challenges brought by immunotherapy, multi-dimensional needs of patients, positive self-adjustment and role growth. Conclusion: Patients with lung cancer immunotherapy are faced with many challenges from physiology, psychology, family and society. Medical staff should pay attention to improving patients' cognition of treatment, dynamically monitoring the symptoms, and meeting their various needs.
