Abstract: Objective: To search and summarize the evidence of blood pressure management about cancer therapy-related hypertension, and provide implications for clinical nursing practice. Methods: Based on 6S model, clinical decisions, recommendation practice, guidelines, systematic reviews, expert consensus, scientific statements on the monitoring and management of cancer therapy-related hypertension were systematically searched in the evidence-based guide websites and related databases for evidence summaries. The retrieval period was from inception of databases to January 2024. The quality of the included literature was evaluated and the content of the literature was extracted to summarize the evidence. Results: A total of 16 articles, including 6 guidelines, 5 expert consensus, 1 clinical decision-making, 1 systematic review, and 3 scientific position statements. A total of 27 pieces of evidence were generated from multidisciplinary team building, risk assessment and prevention, blood pressure monitoring, treatment, and management strategies. Conclusion: This study summarized the evidence of monitoring and management of cancer therapy-related hypertension. To provide patients with optimal strategies and improve clinical outcomes, health care professionals should fully combined clinical practice with evidence-based evidence when applying the evidence.
