Abstract: Objective: To construct a scientific, reliable and operable set of Intraoperative Hypothermia (IH) nursing quality index system, in order to provide a reference for nursing managers to evaluate the IH nursing quality. Methods: Donabedian's "structure-process-outcome" three-dimensional quality structure model was used to preliminarily construct IH nursing quality indicators through evidence-based literature analysis and group discussion, and 26 experts were consulted by Delphi method, and the index weights at each level were determined by the preferential sequence diagram method. Results: There were 3 first-level indicators, 4 second-level indicators and 12 third-level indicators of the index system. The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds consultation were 100.0% and 96.3%, the coefficients of expert authority were 0.92 and 0.93 respectively, and the Kendall harmony coefficients were from 0.12 to 0.23 (P<0.05). Conclusion: The IH nursing quality index constructed in this study has specialized characteristics, and the research results are scientific and reliable, which has certain guiding significance for quantifying the clinical IH nursing quality.
