Abstract

Abstract: This paper reviewed the development status and evaluation model of diagnosis related groups (DRG) at home and abroad to explain the impact of DRG on nursing management from various aspects including the nursing workload, nursing adverse events, nursing cost and the professional advancement of nursing. The nursing management strategies were put forward regarding to nursing performance model, nurse grading, predicting the number of nurses, balancing nursing cost and improving nursing efficiency under DRG reform, so as to promote nursing managers to explore new models of management.
