Abstract: Objective: To construct a comprehensive intervention program for delirium in severe neurosurgery patients, and to provide reference for systematic and standardized clinical intervention. Methods: Based on the literature review, the first draft of the comprehensive intervention program for delirium in severe neurosurgery patients was developed. From August to September 2022, 15 experts were selected to conduct two rounds of Delphi expert consultation. Combined with expert consultations, the final comprehensive intervention program for delirium in severe neurosurgery patients was developed through discussion by the research panel. Results: The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were both 100%. The expert authority coefficient was 0.900; Kendall's coefficient of concordance were 0.194 and 0.131 (P<0.01), respectively. Finally, a comprehensive intervention program for delirium in severe neurosurgical patients was formed, which included 6 categories and 39 interventions. Conclusion: The comprehensive intervention program for delirium in severe neurosurgery patients is reliable and practical, and can provide reference for intervention and nursing of severe neurosurgery patients with delirium.
