Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical model strategy of multidisciplinary collaborative antimicrobial management. Methods: According to the laws and regulations related to antibacterial drugs, establish and improve the hospital management system, and implement relevant responsibilities at various levels, and improve the management of antimicrobial agents. Results: The utilization rate of antimicrobial agents in hospitalized patients decreased from 41.31% in 2011 to 29.50% in 2018. The detection rate of multi-drug resistant bacteria decreased from 57.46% in 2017 to 54.55% in 2018. The per capita cost of antibacterial drugs has been decreased from 2,398 yuan/inpatient in 2011 to 984.77 yuan/inpatient in 2018, which has greatly reduced the burden of medical treatment of people. Conclusion: The multi-disciplinary collaborative antimicrobial management model can provide effective protection for improving medical quality, ensuring drug safety, reducing drug costs and reducing bacterial resistance.
