Abstract

Abstract: The new medical education reform strongly advocates the corporation of nursing talents cultivation and professional qualifications needs. Based on the review of relevant literature and policy, we compared the commonalities and differences among the cultivation of Master of Nursing Specialist, the new nurses' standardized training and the nursing specialist training. Then, a correlational and coupling analysis (coupling logic, coupling conditions and coupling effects) of the three viable were conducted. We intended to provide a reference for the joint program among the cultivation of Master of Nursing Specialist, the new nurses' standardized training and nursing specialist training.
