Abstract: This article reviewed the overseas theoretical model, measuring tools, influencing factors and intervention measures of career maturity in nursing students. It is aimed to provide theoretical basis for improving the career maturity of nursing students in china, so as to improve the students' professional level and stabilize the nursing career.
