The intervention group accepted nurse-led emotional catharsis workshop group therapy on the basis of routine medication therapy and care, while the control group received routine medication therapy and careonly.Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ) and self-designed Self-injury Behavior Scale were used to evaluate the changes in negative emotion, coping styles and self-injury behaviors before and after 8 intervention. Results: After 8 interventions, the scores of SAS, self adjustment promotion and SDS were significantly lower than those before intervention (P<0.05). The scores of coping styles, fantasy, self-blame and problem solving in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
