骨科患者功能锻炼依从性量表的编制及信度效度检验

Abstract

Abstract: Objective: To develop a compliance scale of functional exercise for orthopedic patients and test the reliability and validity of the scale. Methods: Based on the conceptual framework of functional exercise and compliance theory, the initial scale was formed through semi-structured interview and literature review, and the formal scale was developed through expert consultation, pilot testing and large sample testing, and the reliability and validity testing was performed among 1024 postoperative orthopedics patients. Results: The Compliance scale of functional exercise for orthopedics patients included 15 items and 3 dimensions. The cumulative contribution of variance was 69.809%. The Cronbach's α coefficient for the total scale was 0.930, the mean inter-item correlations was 0.494, and the content validity index was 0.936. Conclusions: The Compliance scale of functional exercise for orthopedics patients has been shown good reliability and validity. It can be used as a valid tool to assess the compliance of functional exercise for orthopedics patients.
