Abstract: The review summarizes the research progress of orthostatic hypotension in early post-spinal surgery, and introduces the mechanism and causes of orthostatic hypotension in early postoperative patients with spinal surgery and the current nursing interventions to prevent this symptom. Analyze and summarize the problems existing in the current research and put forward corresponding suggestions, in order to provide reference for the prevention and research of complications of postoperative early-bed-out activities in patients with spinal surgery in China.
