临床照护分类系统的特点及其在护理管理中的应用展望

Abstract

Abstract: Clinical Care Classification (CCC) system is a clinical care classification system developed on the basis of the Home Health Care Classification system. CCC is composed of nursing diagnosis, nursing measures, and nursing outcomes. It consists of 21 care elements covering four aspects: physiology, psychology, function and health behavior. CCC follows the nursing procedure and covers the whole process of assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation and evaluation. CCC can be widely applied to patient classification and valuation, nursing plan, clinical decision support, nursing scientific research and nursing education, workload measurement, performance, cost-benefit analysis, and electronic records of nursing documents.
