Abstract

Abstract: In order to improve the quality of nursing services and enhance nursing service capabilities in the primary hospitals, Wuxi Hospital Association has organized management experts and professional specialists from the tertiary hospitals to the primary hospitals. Experts regularly visited the primary medical institutions and provided management and professional instructions. Within 5 years, the heads of the nursing departments of 8 tertiary hospitals were sent to 16 primary hospitals to provide guidances. The quality of nursing services in the primary hospitals have achieved high level.
