急性缺血性脑卒中患者早期活动循证实践方案的构建与应用

Abstract

Abstract: Objective: To construct and evaluate the evidence-based early mobilization protocol for patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods: An evidence-based early mobilization protocol for patients with acute ischemic stroke was developed and integrated into clinical practice based on evidence, clinical scenarios, and patients need. Results: Totally 39 ischemic stroke patients received tailored intervention. The start time of mobilization after admission was reduced, the rate of early mobilization within 24 hours was increased, the outcome after 14 days of stroke was improved, shortened the length of hospital stay. Conclusion: The construction and application of evidence-based early mobilization protocol may facilitate the implementation of early mobilization, improve outcomes of stroke patient, and enhance nursing quality.
