Abstract: This paper introduced the review system and characteristics of Japanese specialist nurses' education agency, including the new authorities' entry, confirmation and renewal review of the educational agencies that meet the conditions according to the standard by the same authority, the same standardized curriculum are adopted, enrolling full-time director and full-time instructor. The course is examined in the second year, and update the review every five years. According to the current status of the management of specialist nurse education agency in China, constructive suggestions were proposed to provide reference.
