Abstract: In order to satisfy the health care needs for aging and chronic diseases patients in China, home care services have been conducted gradually and the "Internet +" nurses sharing platform also has emerged. However, the safety of nurses is a very important problem in home care. The author discusses the workplace violence prevention of home care among community nurses in Hong Kong from five aspects: government attention, safety training, hierarchical inspection, provision of preventive supplies, security team support and improvement of professional quality. It provides a reference basis for the establishment of the workplace violence prevention system of home care in mainland China.
