Abstract: In this paper, we introduced the pain management nursing in Oregon Health and Science University Hospital from the goal of pain control, pain assessment, safe pain management and on-the-job training. Our country's hospital can utilize foreign hospital's experiences to establish and improve the nursing standard of pain assessment, safe management, medical order execution, on-the-job training and so on, which can provide references for improving the quality of hospital pain management and nursing service.
