Abstract: Objective: To explore the pregnancy experience of women who undergoing fetoscopic laser photocoagulation due to the Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS), and to provide references for developing a psychological support system of women with complicated pregnancy. Methods: The semi-structured interview was conducted with 15 women who underwent fetoscopic laser photocoagulation due to TTTS, and the data was analyzed by using the Colaizzi method. Results: Three themes of pregnancy experience were extracted: emotional reaction during pregnancy, influencing factors of emotional reaction and adjustment methods of negative emotions. Conclusion: TTTS could cause women significant mood swings during pregnancy, and could cause long-term adverse effects on women's mental health. Medical staff should pay more attention to their mental health and establish psychological support and information support systems based on their emotional response characteristics to reduce their adverse emotion during pregnancy and improve their pregnancy experience.
