双重任务训练对改善血管性轻度认知障碍老年人步态和平衡功能的效果

The effects of daul task training on improving gait and balance function in elderly with Vascular Mild Cognitive Impairment

摘要: 目的:评价双重任务训练在血管性轻度认知障碍老年人中的应用效果。方法:2019年3月至2020年2月从3家三级甲等综合医院便利选取71例血管性轻度认知障碍老年人为研究对象,随机分为实验组(35例)和对照组(36例)。两组研究对象均接受健康教育,实验组在健康教育基础上接受为期3个月的双重任务训练。在干预前、干预3个月结束时和干预后1个月时,采用可穿戴式步态分析仪分别测量研究对象自然行走和双重任务行走时的跨步时间、跨步长、步速、步频,采用起立-坐下行走计时测试评估研究对象平衡功能。结果:与对照组相比,实验组在干预3个月结束时和干预后1个月时,自然行走和双重任务行走时的跨步时间、跨步长、步速、步频改善,平衡功能测试起立-坐下行走计时耗时减少,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双重任务训练可有效改善血管性轻度认知障碍老年人的步态和平衡功能。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of dual task training in elderly patients with Vascular Mild Cognitive Impairment (VaMCI). Methods: From March 2019 to February 2020, 71 elderly patients with VaMCI were selected from 3 tertiary grade A general hospitals and divided into the experimental group (35 cases) and the control group (36 cases). Health education was given to the two groups respectively. The experimental group received three months of dual-task training on the basis of health education. Before the intervention, 3 months after the intervention and 1 month after the intervention, wearable gait analyzer was used to measure the stride time, stride length, step speed and stride frequency of the study subjects under natural walking and dual task walking. The Timed Up & Go Test was used to evaluate the balance function of the study subjects. Results: Compared with the control group, the experimental group improved the stride time, stride length, step speed and stride frequency under natural walking and dual task walking at 3 months of intervention and 1 month after intervention, and the time consumption of Timed Up & Go Test was reduced, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Dual task training can effectively improve the gait and balance function of the elderly with VaMCI.
