Abstract: Objective: To identify the exercise programs for liver transplantation recipients in different periods after operation. Method: We searched databases like National Guideline Clearinghouse, Cochrane Library, National Institute of Health and Care Excellence, CNKI, and WanFang Data for information on exercise and fatigue management after liver transplantation. Two researchers independently evaluated literature using JBI evidence grade and quality evaluation methods, and extracted evidences. The preliminary exercise program was then formulated. The Delphi method was used to further test the scientificity and feasibility of the exercise program. Results: Four different periods (1 month, 1-3 months, 4-12 months, and >1 year after liver transplantation) of general principles and detailed exercise schedules have been constructed. Conclusion: The exercise program is scientific and reasonable. It can be referred by health professionals and patients.
