The application of penguin training in the training of new nurses in operating rooms

摘要: 目的:将企鹅式培育在手术室新入职护士规范化培训中进行应用,并评价其应用效果。方法:将2016—2019年入职的71名手术室规范化培训护士分为两组,其中观察组33名,对照组38名。观察组采用企鹅式培育,对照组采用常规培训。通过同行满意度调查、理论和操作考核、工作体验访谈和职业精神态度调查比较两组的培训效果。结果:两组新入职护士理论知识和技能考核结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组护士对培训的认可度更高、负性工作体验较少;观察组护士同行满意度及职业精神态度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在保证新入职护士理论和操作能力的前提下,企鹅式培育可以提高新入职护士的同行满意度并改善其职业精神,减少负性工作体验,有助于形成积极、融洽的学习和工作环境。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application of penguin training in the standardized training of new nurses in operating rooms, and evaluate the application effects. Methods: Totally 71 standardized training nurses in the operating room from 2016 to 2019 were divided into two groups, including 33 in the observation group and 38 in the control group. Penguin training was adopted in the observation group, while the control group employed the conventional training mode. The evaluation content included four dimensions: response, learning, behavior and outcome. The assessment included satisfaction survey, theoretical and operational assessment, work experience interview and professional attitude assessment. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in the assessment results of theoretical knowledge and skills of new nurses between the two groups (P>0.05). Nurses in the observation group showed higher acceptance of training, less negative work experience, higher peer satisfaction and occupational spirit scale scores than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: On the premise of ensuring the theoretical and operational ability of new nurses, penguin training can improve the peer satisfaction and professional spirit of new nurses, reduce negative work experience, and help to form a positive and harmonious learning and working environment among nurses.
