Abstract: With the development of tumor surgery, chemoradiotherapy and interventional therapy, the survival of patients with malignant tumor has been greatly improved. However, cancer patients usually suffer some problems, such as treatment complications, psychology dysfunction, nutrition dificiency and so on. In order to solve these problems, our hospital has gradually launched a number of tumor rehabilitation nursing clinics such as lymphatic rehabilitation nursing clinic according to the concept of tumor rehabilitation since 2016. In the process of nursing clinic implementation, the design-preparation-audit-approved operating model has been continuously explored. The setup of nursing rehabilitation clinic has improved the satisfaction of patients, doctors and nurses and realized the whole process management of cancer patients' rehabilitation, expanded the connotation of cancer nursing, and provided new ideas for the development of tumor specialist nurses.
