太极拳对轻度认知障碍老年人认知功能干预效果的Meta分析

Effects of Tai Chi on cognitive function for aged with Mild Cognitive Impairment: a Meta-analysis

摘要: 目的:系统评价太极拳对轻度认知障碍老年人认知功能及心理状态的影响。方法:通过计算机检索PubMed、Embase、CENTRAL、CINAHL、Web of Science、CNKI、VIP、Wanfang Data和CBM数据库,收集轻度认知障碍老年人太极拳干预的随机对照试验。采用RevMan?5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入7项随机对照试验。Meta分析结果显示,与普通运动或者常规护理措施相比,太极拳可以改善老年人的记忆力[MD=0.37,95%CI(0.13,0.61),P<0.01]及视空间功能[SMD=0.57,95%CI(0.23,0.91),P<0.01]。结论:太极拳可以改善轻度认知功能障碍老年人记忆力、视空间功能,但对整体认知功能、执行能力、语言流畅性及抑郁情绪等指标无明显改善。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effects of Tai Chi on cognitive and psychological outcomes in older adults with Mild Cognitive Impairment. Methods: A computerized search was performed through PubMed, Embase, CENTRAL, CINAHL, Web of Science, the Chinese Biomedical Database, the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP Journal Integration Platform, and Wanfang Med Online for Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) which studied the effects of Tai Chi on older patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment. Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3 software. Results: Seven RCTs were included. Comparing to regular exercise or usual care, the memory [MD=0.37, 95%CI (0.13, 0.61), P<0.01], visuospatial function [SMD=0.57, 95%CI (0.23, 0.91), P<0.01] were improved in the aged with Tai Chi intervention. Conclusion: Tai Chi is efficacious in improving memory and visuospatial function in the aged with mild cognitive impairment, but cannot significant improve global cognitive functions, executive function, verbal fluency and depression.
