精益六西格玛法在提升手术室接台效率中的应用

Application of Lean Six Sigma method in improving the operating room turnover efficiency

摘要: 目的:将精益六西格玛法应用于接台手术流程的分析与优化中,从而提升手术室接台手术的整体效率,为手术室的精细化管理提供解决方案。方法:基于精益六西格玛法,利用智能调度系统实现手术任务的自主派发以及辅助人员人力资源的合理调配。于2024年7月调取某三级甲等医院工作流程改进前的1?576例手术以及改进后的1?611例手术数据,比较改进前后患者接入手术室耗时、接台手术间隔时间、患者等待时间及医务人员满意度。结果:改进后,接患者入手术室耗时缩短至12(7,19)分钟,接台手术间隔时间缩短至15(10,22)分钟,患者等待时间缩短至17(12,21)分钟,辅助人员任务完成的及时性、时间把控精准性显著提升(P<0.01)。结论:将精益六西格玛法应用到接台手术的流程优化中,可提升接台手术的效率和医务人员满意度,同时为医院提高效能。

Abstract: Objective: To apply the Lean Six Sigma method to the analysis and optimization of the turnover surgery process, so as to improve the overall efficiency of turnover surgeries in the operating room and provide innovative solutions for the refined management of hospital operating rooms. Methods: An intelligent scheduling system was utilized to achieve the autonomous assignment of surgical tasks and the rational allocation of human resources for auxiliary staff. A total of 1576 surgeries before the workflow improvement and 1611 surgeries after the improvement were retrieved in July 2024. The time taken to admit patients to the operating room, the interval between turnover surgeries, the patients waiting time, and the satisfaction of medical staff were compared. Results: After improvement, the time taken to transfer patients into the operating room was reduced to 12 (7, 19) minutes. The interval between consecutive surgeries was shortened to 15(10, 22) minutes. Patient waiting time was decreased to 17(12, 21) minutes. The timeliness of task completion and the accuracy of time control of auxiliary staff were significantly improved, all of which were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Applying the Lean Six Sigma method to the optimization of the workflow of auxiliary staff can improve the efficiency of consecutive surgeries, the satisfaction of medical staff, and enhance the efficiency of the hospital.
