Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effect of the information construction of the gynecological malignant tumor health management center. Methods: Gynecological malignant tumor patients who were admitted to our hospital were assigned into experimental group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The control group adopted the current gynecological malignant tumor health management model, and the experimental group used gynecological malignant tumor health management center for health management. The incidence of postoperative complications, the incidence of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) catheterization complications, the degree of cancer-related fatigue, the incidence of malnutrition, patient compliance, and satisfaction with health management services were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of postoperative complications, PICC catheterization complication, cancer-related fatigue, and malnutrition in the experimental group were lower than in the control group (P<0.05). Patient compliance and satisfaction with health management services were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Health management of patients with gynecological malignant tumor health management center can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, PICC catheterization complications, cancer-related fatigue, the incidence of malnutrition and improve the patient compliance, and satisfaction with health management services.
