Abstract: Hospital ethical climate, as an informal system for effectively resolving ethical issues, serves as a crucial basis for organizational members to make ethical decisions and can influence their work attitudes, work behaviors, and occupational health. This paper reviews the conceptual connotation, measurement tools, current status, influencing factors, and application effects in the nursing field of hospital ethical climate, and puts forward research implications, aiming to provide references for constructing a positive hospital ethical climate.
