临床护士同情心课程培训方案的构建及应用

Construction and application of compassion course training program for clinical nurses

摘要: 目的:构建临床护士同情心课程培训方案并评价其应用效果,为护士职业能力提升提供理论与实践支持。方法:通过文献分析、质性研究及专家咨询构建基于同情力量模型的临床护士同情心课程培训方案。采用便利抽样法,选取2023年5月—6月在浙江省某三级甲等医院就职的临床护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为干预组和对照组(各30例)。对照组接受院内标准化的同情心培训,干预组接受基于同情力量模型构建的同情心课程培训,干预时长为4周。比较干预前后两组同情能力、心理弹性和专业生活品质得分。结果:最终干预组和对照组各有29名护士完成课程培训。干预后,干预组与对照组的差值比较结果显示,同情能力总分的组间差值为7.414(95%CI:3.297~11.531);心理弹性得分的组间差值为6.655(95%CI:2.874~10.436);专业生活品质中同情满意度得分的组间差值为-7.897(95%CI:-9.511~-6.282),工作倦怠得分的组间差值为-4.621(95%CI:-6.291~-2.954),二次创伤得分的组间差值为-3.014(95%CI:-4.130~-2.210)。以上指标的组间差值差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护士同情心课程培训方案具有科学性和全面性,可有效提高护士同情能力,增强心理弹性,提高生活质量。

Abstract: Objective: To construct a training program for compassion skills among clinical nurses and evaluate its application effect, so as to provide theoretical and practical support for improving nurses' professional competence. Methods: A compassion training program for clinical nurses based on the compassion power model was constructed through literature analysis, qualitative research, and expert consultation. Selecting clinical nurses who worked in a tertiary grade A hospital in Zhejiang province from May to June 2023 as the research subjects by convenience sampling method, nurses were randomly assigned to experimental group (n=30) or control group (n=30) using a random number table. The control group received standardized compassion training, while the intervention group participated in a four-week compassion training program based on the Compassion Strength Model. Pre- and post-intervention assessments were conducted to compare compassion competence, psychological resilience, and professional quality of life between the two groups. Results: Finally, 29 nurses in both groups completed the course training. After the intervention, the experimental group showed significant improvements compared to the control group in total compassion competence (7.414, 95% CI: 3.297 to 11.531), psychological resilience (6.655, 95% CI: 2.874 to 10.436), compassion satisfaction (-7.897, 95% CI: -9.511 to -6.282). Additionally, burnout (-4.621, 95% CI: -6.291 to -2.954) and secondary traumatic stress (-3.014, 95% CI: -4.130 to -2.210) were significantly reduced. All differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The compassion training program developed in this study is scientifically rigorous and comprehensive. It effectively enhances nurses' compassion competence, psychological resilience, and overall quality of life.
