智能化心血管护理质量控制“中央站”的构建及应用

摘要: 目的:构建智能化心血管护理质量控制“中央站”,为提升心血管护理质量提供参考。方法:基于关键业绩指标体系研究方法,建立“五维”心血管护理质量监测指标体系,涵盖护理工作量、工作难度、护理专业医疗质量控制指标、护理核心制度、专科护理质量控制指标5个维度;建立智能化质量控制“中央站”,依据护理部-护士长-护士三级不同权限分级管理,实现护理数据实时监测与报表自动生成。结果:应用该“中央站”后,护理核心制度指标稳步提升,院内陪检入院评估完成率由79.35%提升至93.11%,静脉采血扫码执行率由93.59%提升至99.03%;心血管相关高发护理不良事件发生率下降,跌倒发生率下降了20.78%,非计划拔管下降了30.36%;现场查检指标比例从92.0%下降至37.4%,提升了质量控制工作效率,提高了全员安全管理参与度。结论:智能化心血管护理质量控制“中央站”促进质量管理向数据监测、分析、反馈相结合的精细化质量控制模式转变,推动了护理质量的持续改进。

Abstract: Objective: To develop an intelligent cardiovascular nursing quality control centralized system, aiming to improve the quality of cardiovascular nursing. Methods: Based on the Key Performance Indicators system research method, a "five-dimensional" cardiovascular nursing quality monitoring index system was established, including nursing workload, work difficulty, nursing professional medical quality control index, nursing core system, and specialized nursing quality control index. An intelligent nursing quality control centralized system for hierarchical management (nursing department-head nurses-nurses) was developed with real-time monitoring of nursing data and automatic generation of reports. Results: After the application of this system, the core nursing system indicators were steadily improved. The completion rate of inpatient escort admission assessments increased from 79.35% to 93.11%, and the execution rate of barcode scanning for intravenous blood collection rose from 93.59% to 99.03%. The incidence of cardiovascular-related nursing adverse events decreased, with the incidence of falls dropping by 20.78% and the incidence of unplanned extubation decreasing by 30.36%. The proportion of on-site inspection indicators was decreased from 92.0% to 37.4%, which has enhanced the efficiency of quality control work and increased the participation of all staff in safety management. Conclusion: The intelligent cardiovascular nursing quality control centralized system promotes the transformation of quality management into a refined quality control model that integrates data monitoring, analysis, and feedback. This system drives the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
