基于微信平台的结肠镜检查患者全程管理模式的构建与应用

Development and application of whole-process management model for colonoscopy patients based on WeChat platform

摘要: 目的:构建并分析基于微信平台的结肠镜检查患者全程管理模式应用的效果,以期提高结肠镜检查患者的护理质量。方法:将微信平台与消化内镜护理门诊的标准化工作流程结合,实现结肠镜检查患者的诊前风险筛查评估、全程达标式宣教指导、诊时结肠镜检查过程管理、诊后随访的全程管理。比较全程管理模式实施前(2021年)与实施后(2022年)结肠镜检查日均操作量、肠道准备合格率、息肉检出率及患者满意度。结果:全程管理模式应用后,内镜中心结肠镜检查日均操作量由102例增加至136例,增幅达33.33%;肠道准备合格率由实施前的79.20%提升至实施后的88.90%(P<0.001);息肉检出率由实施前的17.48%提升至实施后的21.56%(P<0.001);患者满意度由实施前的94.24%提升至实施后的95.62%。结论:基于微信平台的结肠镜检查患者全程管理模式的应用改善了结肠镜检查术前准备质量,提高了肠道准备合格率,保障了结肠镜诊疗质量。

Abstract: Objective: To develop and analyze the effectiveness of a whole-course management model for colonoscopy patients based on the WeChat platform, aiming to improve the nursing quality for colonoscopy patients. Methods: Integrate the WeChat platform into the standardized workflow of the digestive endoscopy nursing clinic to realize the whole-process management of colonoscopy patients, including the pre-diagnosis risk screening and assessment of colonoscopy patients, the whole process of standard-compliant publicity and education guidance, the management of the colonoscopy process during diagnosis, and post-diagnosis follow-up. The average daily surgical volume of colonoscopy operations, the rate of adequate bowel preparation, the detection rate of polyps, and patient satisfaction before the implementation (data in 2021) and after the implementation (data in 2022) of the whole-process management model were compared. Results: After the application of the whole process management mode based on the WeChat platform, the average daily surgical volume of colonoscopy operations increased from 102 to 136, an increase of 33.33%. The rate of adequate bowel preparation increased from 79.20% to 88.90% (P<0.001). The detection rate of polyps increased from 17.48% to 21.56% (P<0.001). Patient satisfaction increased from 94.24% to 95.62%. Conclusion: The application of a whole-course management model based on the WeChat platform for patients undergoing colonoscopy improves the quality of preoperative preparation for colonoscopy, increases the rate of adequate bowel preparation, and ensures the quality of colonoscopic diagnosis and treatment.
