1 343所医院无源手术器械配置及管理的现况调查

Current status of passive surgical instrument allocation and management: a survey of 1343 hospitals

摘要: 目的:调查我国医院无源手术器械配置与管理现状,为制订手术器械管理相关标准提供参考。方法:于2024年4月—5月,采用方便抽样法,对28个省、自治区、直辖市共1?343所医院针对无源手术器械管理的相关内容进行问卷调查。结果:1?343所医院常规无源手术器械配置数量为50(23,120)套,腔镜无源手术器械配置数量为10(5,25)套。手术室是常规无源手术器械及腔镜无源手术器械的主要申购及资产管理部门。消毒供应中心是主要的无源手术器械清洗、消毒、灭菌、维护保养及检测部门。483所医院(35.96%)从未进行过无源手术器械系统检测。584所医院(43.48%)定时报废无源手术器械。1?176所医院(87.57%)有无源手术器械不良事件上报制度。结论:各医院无源手术器械配置数量差异较大,器械维护、保养、检测、报废缺乏统一标准,器械管理有待进一步完善。建议推进无源手术器械配置与管理的标准及指南的制定,实现手术器械的精细化管理。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current status of passive surgical instrument allocation and management in hospitals in China and provide a reference for developing standardized surgical instrument management protocols. Methods: From April to May 2024, a cross-sectional survey using convenience sampling was conducted covering 1343 hospitals across 28 provinces. The questionnaire assessed various aspects of passive surgical instrument management. Results: The average number of passive conventional and passive endoscopic surgical instruments sets per hospital was 50 (23,120) and 10 (5,25), respectively. The operating room was the primary department responsible for managing passive conventional surgical instruments and passive endoscopic surgical instruments. The Central Sterile Supply Department handled cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, maintenance, and inspecting of passive surgical instruments. A total of 483 (35.96%) hospitals had never conducted a comprehensive system inspection of passive surgical instruments, 584 (43.48%) hospitals regularly scrap passive surgical instruments, 1176 (87.57%) hospitals had an adverse event reporting system for passive surgical instrument. Conclusion: There is a lack of standardized guidelines for the maintenance, testing, and disposal of passive surgical instruments, and their management required further improvement. It is suggested to establish and promote standardized guidelines for the allocation and management of passive surgical instruments to achieve more precise and effective instruments management.
