客观结构化临床考试在中医医院新入职护士规范化培训中的应用

摘要: 目的:评价客观结构化临床考试在中医医院新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果,为客观评价中医医院护士的综合护理能力提供参考。方法:便利选取2020年9月北京某三级甲等中医医院46名新入职护士作为对照组,2021年9月的45名新入职护士为实验组。两组的考核时间均为完成2年规范化培训后的结业考核时,对照组采用传统考核模式,实验组采用客观结构化临床考试,比较两组护士考核成绩、综合能力,评价实验组护士和考官对客观结构化临床考试的满意度。结果:实验组综合能力评价高于对照组,考核成绩中辨证施术和辨证施教得分低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组护士对客观结构化临床考试的满意度为96.2%,考官满意度为92.9%。结论:客观结构化临床考试能充分评估中医医院新入职护士的临床护理能力,并能反映培训过程中的不足,以优化中医医院新入职护士的培养。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) in the standardized training of newly hired nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals, so as to effectively evaluate the comprehensive nursing ability of nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals. Methods: A total of 46 newly hired nurses from a tertiary grade A Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital in Beijing in September 2020 were selected as the control group and 45 newly hired nurses in September 2021 as the experimental group by convenience sampling method. The assessment time of both groups is the completion assessment after completing two years of standardized training. The control group was evaluated by traditional assessment mode, while the experimental group was evaluated by OSCE assessment mode. The scores of the two groups were compared, as well as their overall ability evaluation. The satisfaction of the experimental participants and the examiners with the OSCE assessment mode was also evaluated. Results: The comprehensive ability evaluation of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the assessment scores of syndrome differentiation nursing and syndrome differentiation teaching of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the participants in the experimental group with the OSCE assessment mode was 96.2%, and the satisfaction of the examiners was 92.9%. Conclusion: The OSCE can fully evaluate the clinical nursing ability of newly hired nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals, and reflect the deficiencies in the training process, so as to provide a reference for optimizing the training of newly hired nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals.
