健康管理护理基本技术质量控制与评价指标体系的构建

Construction of a quality control and evaluation index system for foundmental technology of health management nursing

摘要: 目的:构建健康管理护理基本技术质量控制与评价指标体系,为健康管理护理基本技术规范化、同质化管理提供参考依据。方法:在三维质量结构理论基础上,采用文献检索法、研究小组讨论和德尔菲专家函询法,筛选指标并量化质量控制与评价的维度、条目及各级评价指标。结果:最终形成健康管理护理基本技术质量控制与评价指标体系,包括一级指标3项,二级指标10项,三级指标51项。2轮专家函询问卷有效应答率均为94.4%,函询专家的权威系数为0.879,第1、第2轮咨询的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.210、0.199,均P<0.001。结论:本研究构建的健康管理护理基本技术质量控制与评价指标体系科学、有效、客观、可操作,对规范健康管理护理服务实践、培训和考核具有参考意义,也可为健康管理机构开展健康管理护理基本技术质量控制提供可借鉴的指标。

Abstract: Objective: To construct the quality control and evaluation indicators of basic health management nursing techniques, so as to provide a reference for the standardization and homogenization of these techniques. Methods: On the basis of the three-dimensional quality structure theory, we searched literatures and carried out expert group discussions and employed Delphi method to screen the indicators and quantify the dimensions, entries and evaluation indexes at all levels of quality control and evaluation. Results: The index system of basic technology quality control and evaluation system of health management nursing was finally formed, with 3 indexes at the first level, 10 indexes at the second level and 51 indexes at the third level. The effective response rate of the two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires was 94.4%. The authority coefficient of the correspondence experts was 0.879, and the Kendall's harmony coefficient of the first and second rounds of consultancy was 0.210 and 0.199, respectively, which were all statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusion: The quality control and evaluation index system of basic health management nursing techniques constructed in this study is scientific, effective, objective and operable to provide reference for standardizing the practice, training and assessment of health management and indicators that can be used by health management organizations to carry out quality control of basic health management nursing techniques.
