Abstract: Pelvic Floor Muscle Training (PFMT) is an important measure to relieve postoperative bowel dysfunction in patients with rectal cancer, and patients' adherence is crucial for the effect. This paper reviewes and summarizes the current status and its influencing factors of PFMT adherence in patients with rectal cancer from three aspects, including personal, social support, and medical care system factors, aiming to provide a reference for improving the adherence of PFMT in rectal cancer patients.
