摘要/Abstract

摘要： 2021年8月欧洲心脏病学会（ESC）颁布了《2021 ESC急慢性心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南》，新版指南对心力衰竭的概念、分类、诊治流程、药物治疗与质量指标等内容进行了详细阐述，为临床工作提供了最新的基于循证医学证据的建议。文章从护理视角对新版指南心力衰竭的管理策略进行解读，重点解读了护理模式、护理要点及多学科团队管理3方面内容，旨在为相关护理指南的制订与更新提供依据，不断规范与完善心力衰竭患者的专科护理，以期为临床护理实践提供循证指导。

Abstract: In August 2021, the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) published the 2021 ESC Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic heart failure. The new guidelines provide detailed information on the concept, classification, management process, pharmacological treatment and quality indicators of heart failure, and provide the latest evidence-based recommendations for clinical work. The article provides a nursing perspective on the management strategy of heart failure in the new guideline, focusing on three aspects: nursing model, nursing key points and multidisciplinary team management. It is expected to provide a basis for the establishment and update of nursing guidelines, standardize and improve the specialized nursing in patients with heart failure, in order to provide evidence-based guidance for clinical nursing practice.
