摘要： 综述重症监护病房早产儿新鲜母乳成分、效果、喂养现状与实现新鲜母乳喂养的挑战因素，以期为进一步开展相关研究，构建能最大化满足重症监护病房早产儿及其家庭新鲜母乳喂养需求的多元化支持护理方案提供参考。

Abstract: This article reviews the composition and effects of fresh breast milk, as well as the status and challenges of fresh breastfeeding for premature infants in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), in order to provide reference for further research and construction of diversified support nursing programs that can maximize the demand of fresh breastfeeding for premature infants in the NICU and their families.
