摘要/Abstract

摘要： 文章以跨理论模型在促进慢性病患者运动依从性中的应用为核心，从运动类型和人群特点、干预和随访时长、跨理论模型的核心结构在方案中的应用、结局指标和评价工具、效果评价等方面进行综述，旨在为改善慢性病患者运动依从性提供借鉴与指导。

关键词: 跨理论模型；运动；依从性；综述

Abstract: This paper focuses on the application of the transtheoretical model in promoting exercise adherence of chronic patients, and summarizes it from the aspects of exercise types, characteristics of application population, duration of intervention and follow-up, application of the core structure of the transtheoretical model in program formulation, outcome indicators and evaluation tools, effect evaluation, etc., in order to provide reference and guidance for improving exercise adherence of chronic patients.
