Effects of "Dancing for Birth" on postpartum depression in multiparous women with advanced maternal age

摘要: 目的:研究生育舞蹈对高龄经产妇产后抑郁的影响。方法:便利抽取2018年9月至2019年3月某三级甲等妇幼专科医院常规产检的206例高龄经产妇为研究对象,随机将研究对象分为实验组100例和对照组106例。对照组产妇给予产前健康教育、常规方法待产及产后随访。实验组产妇在对照组措施的基础上,自孕28周开始接受生育舞蹈课程干预直至产后6周。采用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表评分比较两组产妇产后10天及6周的抑郁得分及发生率。结果:干预后实验组抑郁得分及抑郁发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生育舞蹈在孕晚期至整个产褥期的应用可减少高龄经产妇产后抑郁的发生并降低抑郁严重程度,具有一定的临床推广意义。

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of "Dancing for Birth" on postpartum depression in multiparous women with advanced maternal age. Methods: Convenience sampling was used in this study. Totally 206 multiparous women with advanced maternal age were randomly divided into two groups, 100 participants were assigned to experimental group, and 106 participants in the control group. The participants in the control group were with ordinary health education, routine labor process and postpartum follow-up. Those in the experimental group participated in the birth dance course from the 28th week of pregnancy to 6 weeks after delivery. The Edinburgh postpartum depression scale was used to assess the depression of participants at the 10th day and the 6th week after delivery. Results: The score and incidence of depression for those in the experimental group were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The "Dancing for Birth" is benefit to decrease the postpartum depression in multiparous women with advanced maternal age, and it is worthy of clinical application.
