安徽省27所二级及以上医院助产士核心胜任力现状的调查分析

Study on the core midwifery competencies among midwives in 27 secondary and tertiary hospitals in Anhui province

摘要: 目的:调查安徽省助产士核心胜任力现状。方法:采用助产士核心胜任力量表对安徽省27所二级及以上医院的432名助产士进行横断面调查。结果:助产士核心胜任力总均分为(3.94±0.60)分,其中孕期保健能力、分娩期保健能力、产后保健能力得分较高,而新生儿保健能力、公共卫生保健能力、孕前保健能力得分较低;年龄、临床工作年限、助产工作年限、职称、医院级别、婚育状况、毕业专业、学历、编制、职务、是否参与教学、是否获得母婴保健资格证情况不同的助产士核心胜任力存在差异。结论:安徽省27所二级及以上医院助产士核心胜任力总体水平较好,但各方面发展水平仍存在明显差异。应进一步完善我国助产专业教育体系。医院管理者应根据助产士胜任力现状实施有针对性的培训和管理策略,充分发挥助产士的角色职能,从而推动助产队伍核心胜任力全面提高。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the status of core midwifery competencies of midwives. Methods: A total of 432 midwives in 27 hospitals above Grade Two in Anhui province were investigated by using the Midwife Core Competency Scale. Results: The average score of core midwifery competencies was 3.94±0.60. Midwives' competency for pregnancy and labor and delivery care had the highest score, while their competencies for newborn care and public health care as well as pre-pregnancy care were relatively low. There were significant positive correlations between core midwifery competencies and individual factors of age, years of clinical work, years of midwifery practice, professional title, hospital grade, marriage status, graduated major, education, format of compilation, position, participation in teaching or not and obtainning maternal and infant qualification certificate. Conclusion: The overall midwifery competency level among Anhui province midwives are good, however, there are still obvious differences in the level of development in all aspects. The professional midwifery education system in China should be further improved. Hospital managers should implement specific training and management strategies according to the current status of midwives' competence, to give full play to the role of midwives, so as to promote the comprehensive improvement of midwives' core competence.
