患者在临床护理教育中的角色感知及参与体验的质性研究

Qualitative study on patients' role perception and participation experience in clinical nursing education

摘要: 目的:从患者视角深入了解患者对其参与临床护理教育的认知和体验,为教育过程中增加患者视角,进一步规范临床护理教学提供参考和依据。方法:采用现象学研究方法,以目的抽样选取16例住院患者,进行半结构式访谈,并运用Colaizzi七步法对研究资料进行分析。结果:患者在临床护理教育中的角色感知可以归纳为教师教学的“材料”、学生临床实践的平台、学生表现的评价者、学生专业技能的促进者以及学生临床学习的教育者5个主题,参与体验归纳为来自护生的爱与关怀、奉献与自我价值的实现、医院缺少临床护理教育相关宣传、渴望尊重以及需要积极的、支持性的护理环境5个主题。结论:患者在临床教育中的角色感知反映了患者参与护生临床教育的作用与意义并未充分体现,参与体验也反映了临床护理教育中存在的相关问题,建议医护人员及相关教育工作者加强对患者教育角色的关注,并进一步完善临床护理教育体系。

Abstract: Objective: To understand the patients' perception and experience of participating in clinical nursing education, and to provide reference and basis from patients' perspective in the clinical nursing teaching. Methods: The phenomenological research method was adopted, and 16 inpatients were selected by purpose sampling for semi-structured interviews. The data was analyzed using Colaizzi's seven-step method. Results: Five themes of role perception were extracted, including teacher's teaching material, students' clinical practice platform, students' performance evaluator, students' professional skills promoter, and students' clinical learning educator. Five themes of participating experiences were extracted, namely love and care from nursing students, dedication and self-worth realization, lack of publicity related to clinical nursing education in hospital, desire for respect, and the need for a positive and supportive nursing environment. Conclusion: Patients' role perception showed that the role and significance of patients' participation in clinical education hadn't been fully developed. The participation experience also reflected related problems in clinical nursing education. It is recommended that medical staff and relevant educators pay more attention to patients' role of education, and further improve the clinical nursing education system.
