管理关怀性评估量表的汉化及信度效度检验

摘要： 目的：汉化管理关怀性评估量表（Caring Assessment Tool-administration，CAT-admin），并检验其信度和效度。方法：在获得原量表作者同意后，通过翻译、回译和文化调适，形成中文版CAT-admin量表，将该量表应用于356名临床护士中，对量表信度和效度进行评价。结果：中文版CAT-admin量表共36个条目，3个维度，可解释总变异的73.542%。验证性因子分析，各项拟合指标基本良好。量表Cronbach’s?α系数为0.965，各维度Cronbach’s?α系数为0.926～0.960；量表的分半信度为0.875，各维度的分半信度为0.907～0.952；量表的重测信度为0.933，各维度的重测信度为0.802～0.949。CAT-admin量表条目水平的内容效度指数为0.83～1.00，量表水平的内容效度指数为0.89。结论：中文版CAT-admin量表具有较好的信度和效度，可以作为测量我国护士对护理管理者关怀性感知的评估工具。

Abstract: Objective: To translate the English version of the Caring Assessment Tool-administration (CAT-admin) scale into Chinese and evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods: After obtaining the consent of the author of the source scale, procedure of double back translation and cross-cultural adaptation was conducted. The Chinese version of the CAT-admin scale was tested to 356 nurses to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. Results: The Chinese version of the CAT-admin included 36 items and three dimensions, which explained 73.542% of the total variance. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated all fitting indexes were basically good. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.965 and the Cronbach’s α of each factor was 0.926-0.960. The split half reliability of the total scale was 0.875 and 0.907-0.952 for each dimension. The test-retest reliability was 0.933 for the total scale and 0.802-0.949 for each dimension. Item-Content Validity Index (I-CVI) ranged from 0.83 to 1.00 and Scale-Content Validity Index (S-CVI) was 0.89. Conclusion: The Chinese version of the CAT-admin scale showed good reliability and validity, and can be used as a valid tool to evaluate staff nurses’ perceptions of nurse-managers caring competence in China.
