Practice and effect of mobile nurses for human resource management in the operating room

摘要: 目的:评价机动护士在手术室护理人力资源管理中的应用效果。方法:探索手术室机动护士的管理、培训、考核及调配的有效做法,调查手术室机动护士对手术室培训及管理模式的评价,统计机动护士在聘任期间的调配次数、工作时间、配合手术量等,比较聘任期间理论及技能考核结果、岗位胜任力及对工作满意度的变化。结果:2016年3月至2018年12月培训手术室机动护士56人,通过考核37人,调配机动护士3?185人次,计25?168?h,配合完成手术7?518台次;机动护士对手术室的培训及科室满意度分别为100.00%和91.90%;聘任期满时理论及技能考核成绩、工作满意度评分及岗位胜任力评分均明显提高。结论:机动护士可有效补充手术室护理人员短缺,增加手术室与各临床科室间的有效沟通和交流,提高机动护士的工作满意度和综合能力,节约人力成本。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application and effect of mobile nurses for human resource management in the operating room. Methods: According to the work characteristics of the operating room nurses, we explored the effective methods for the management, training, assessment and deployment of mobile nurses in the operating room. We investigated the evaluation of the training and management mode among operating room mobile nurses. We calculated the deployment times, working hours and operation volume of mobile nurses during the employment period. We compared the scores of theory and skill assessment results, post competence and job satisfaction during the employment period. Results: Totally 56 mobile nurses in the operating room were trained and 37 passed the assessment. We deployed mobile nurses 3,185 times from March 2016 to December 2018 with a total of 25,168 hours and completing 7,518 surgeries. The training evaluation of mobile nurses in the operating room and the department's attractiveness satisfaction were 100.00% and 91.90%, respectively. The scores of theory and skill assessment, job satisfaction and post competence were improved obviously. Conclusion: The mobile nurses in the operating room could effectively supplement the shortage of operating room nurses, increase the effective communication and exchange between the operating room and various clinical departments, improve mobile nurse's job satisfaction and comprehensive ability, and save manpower cost.
