Abstract: Objective: To determine the prioritizing topics and outcomes of nursing practice guideline for Emergency Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, so as to lay foundation for guideline recommendations. Methods: The priozitizing topics and outcomes was initially formed on previous literature research and target population interview, then three rounds of the Delphi method was adopted to determined the final prioritizing topics and outcomes. Results: The 7 prioritizing topics, including assessment and identification, condition monitoring, oxygen inhalation, safe transport, rehabilitation, skin preparation, and iodine allergy test, and 20 outcomes were finally determined in our practice guideline. Enthusiasm index of all the three rounds of Delphi was 100% and the authority indexes were above 0.90. Conclusions: The prioritizing topics and outcomes included in Nursing Practiing Guideline for Emergency Percutaneous Coronary Intervention were formed by previous literature research, target population interview and Delphi method, which gives directions to guideline development.
