Effect of health intervention based on health ecology theory on joint function and quality of life in patients with Total Knee Arthroplasty

摘要: 目的:探讨基于健康生态学理论的健康干预对全膝关节置换患者关节功能和生活质量的影响。方法:将72例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,在出院时和出院后,对照组按全膝关节置换出院常规进行健康干预,观察组则采用基于健康生态学理论构建的干预方案进行健康干预。两组患者均在出院时、出院后3个月和出院后6个月采用特种外科医院评分(HSS)和简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)观察患者的膝关节功能和生活质量。结果:两组患者在出院时HSS评分和SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者在出院后的3、6个月,HSS评分和SF-36量表评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于健康生态学理论的健康干预能有效提高全膝关节置换患者的关节功能和生活质量。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of health intervention based on health ecology theory on rehabilitation of patients with Total Knee Arthroplasty. Methods: Totally 72 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. At discharge and after discharge, the control group received health intervention according to the routine of Total Knee Arthroplasty, while the observation group received health intervention based on health ecology theory. HSS scale and SF-36 scale were used to evaluate the knee joint function and quality of life of patients in both groups at discharge, 3 months and 6 months after discharge. Results: HSS scale scores and SF-36 scores of the two groups showed no statistical difference at discharge (P>0.05). The scores of HSS scale and SF-36 scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 3 months and 6 months after discharge, and the difference was statistically significant respectively (P﹤0.05). Conclusion: Health behavior intervention program based on health ecology theory can effectively improve the joint function and quality of life of patients with Total Knee Arthroplasty.
