Abstract: This article systematically showcased international technical guidelines against workplace violence in health sector. Based on international experience, this article analyzed the systematic gap between China and international society, combined with evidences from practice in China in relevant area, proposed suggestions of workplace violence prevention and control for health care workers with systematic approaches.
