Abstract: Through continuous exploration and practice, our hospital has established a hospice care unit and formed a hospice care model of our hospital, which was implemented by multi-disciplinary collaborative model with the main content of pain and other symtom control, comfort care, psychological, spiritual and social support, death education and so on. Through the "whole person" and "whole family" care of the hospice care team, the physical symptoms of patients were effectively controlled during their hospitalization and the patients and their families relieved their mental pressure and psychological burden and increased their satisfaction.
